As a primary care practice, we serve as our patients’ first point of entry into the healthcare system when problems arise. We are able to provide our patients with diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, along with health promotion, health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education, and counseling.
We also specialize in urgent care. Through our direct primary care model, we can give easily affordable care to patients for things like nosebleeds, minor burns, asthma, rashes, and more – guaranteed. Even for non-members, our urgent care visits cost less than a trip to the emergency room.

Direct primary care is an excellent healthcare option for those who don’t have insurance or access to a good insurance plan. Instead of taking insurance and dealing with authorization, co-pays, and deductibles, our office simply charges a flat monthly fee for unlimited access to primary care that is vital to our patients’ health and wellbeing.
Too many times, our patients tell us that they’ve paid $200 or more in the past on primary care issues that were easily fixable. They also complain of scheduling appointments weeks in advance, just to sit in a waiting room for hours and see the doctor for less than 10 minutes! Our structure allows us to schedule same or next day appointments, easy access to your provider, and unhurried 30-60 minute visits.
Non-members: Urgent care visits may be available if you are not a member of the practice, wish to be seen, and provider has availability. If you wish to make an urgent care appointment, please contact our office at (513) 685-8853 or click the link below to join.
The open enrollment period has people scrambling each year to find affordable options to keep their families healthy, and increasingly, those options just aren’t there. The gap between health insurance and health care has only grown wider in recent years, and many people accept low-quality care or avoid going to the doctor altogether when they get sick in order to escape out-of-pocket fees. That’s where DPC comes in.
Health insurance is a necessary tool to have in case of life-changing events like traumatic injuries or cancer diagnoses. Primary health care, however, exists to consistently improve longevity and quality of life. Without the occurrence of catastrophic events, the “safety net” insurance model starts to do more harm than good. DPC is removed from the health insurance system, so patients can have a direct connection with their providers without the complexities, expenses, and barriers of a system that is not built to sustain consistent, affordable primary care.

This video breaks down just how simple it is.
Telemedicine involves the use of electronic communications and software to provide clinical services to patients without an in-person visit. Telemedicine technology is frequently used for follow-up visits, management of chronic conditions, medication management, specialist consultation, and a host of other clinical services that can be provided remotely via secure video and audio connections.
